We accept all forms of payment: cash, check, Master Card, Visa, Amex, Discover. We do apply a 3.5% service charge when you pay with a credit or debit card. You can pay with cash or check to avoid this service charge.

We accept tips in cash or check only. We have an ATM machine on-site for your convenience.

When you schedule an appointment, you will receive a text reminder two days before your appointment. You will need to call the salon to change or cancel your appointment. We do not see any text replies other than a confirmation from you.

We understand that things happen in your life. If you are running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will try to accommodate you the best we can. We prefer that your service time does not overlap into another clients scheduled time. Cancellations can only be done by calling our salon and we appreciate you notifying us as soon as possible. Cancellations or no shows may result in a 50% charge of the services scheduled.
